First Steps Psychology recognises that "children do well if they can”. Therefore the idea that children are ‘naughty’ or ‘disobedient’ is rejected and instead we strive to understand the why behind behaviour.

 

We provide support for children, adolescents and their families with autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, behavioural difficulties, depression, self esteem difficulties and other mental health challenges
